Whether you’re dreaming of a modern acrylic arch, a soft frosted panel, or a classic wooden design, your Welcome Sign can be fully personalised with names, dates, and colours to match your décor perfectly. Every detail is crafted with precision, ensuring your entrance display feels polished, elegant, and seamlessly coordinated with the rest of your wedding styling.
Available to hire for your day or purchase as a bespoke keepsake, our Welcome Signs pair beautifully with our Seating Plans, Order of the Day boards, and Post Boxes for a cohesive, luxury look throughout your venue.

Layout can be made in either Portrait or Landscape in either Rectangle or Round top - please note, round top can only be produced in Portrait orientation.
Choose from Acrylic signs or painted wooden structures.
Flowers are not included.
Easels can either be supplied to own or hired (within 25 miles of Hastings).
Hanging holes can be added to your acrylic sign in portrait or landscape at no additional charge. Ribbon or other hanging materials are not included and must be purchased by the customer.

Vinyl writing will be in Black as standard, (except if you chose a black acrylic - white will be used on this) however, if you would prefer a different colour, please let us know.

Sailboard Welcome Signs

A modern, sculptural statement piece designed to elevate your wedding entrance.
Handcrafted from high‑quality MDF and professionally painted in the colour of your choice, this tall sweeping sail shape brings a contemporary, high‑end feel to any venue.
Each sailboard features 3D raised lettering for a luxury finish, creating depth, shadow, and beautiful visual impact as guests arrive. The sign is securely mounted to a coordinating pedestal box, giving it presence, stability, and a clean, polished silhouette.

Handcrafted from wood and then painted, the Flower box welcome sign stands on its own as a billboard style or within a wooden frame.
