Each piece is created by hand in our East Sussex studio, using premium materials and refined finishes that complement any wedding aesthetic — from modern chic to timeless romantic.
Our Seating Plans are fully customisable, allowing you to choose layouts, fonts, colours, and personalised details to match your décor.
From minimalist grids to soft flowing layouts or more striking designs, every sign is created with attention to detail so your tables are displayed in an organised and attractive way.
Due to the personalised nature of this sign, the Seating Plan sign is not available to hire.
Our Seating Plan signs pair perfectly with our welcome signs, post boxes, and other wedding décor for a cohesive, high end look.
Standard colours available: White, Clear, Frosted, Black, Cream, Ivory.
For other colours, please contact us. We can usually help custom your item, however, colour choices may incur an additional cost.
Vinyl writing will be in Black as standard, (except if you chose a black acrylic - white will be used on this) however, if you would prefer a different colour, please let us know.

Crafted from 3 mm Acrylic.

High quality vinyl lettering is included as standard and supplied in black. A range of alternative colours is also available — simply add your preferred colour in the Cart notes, and we’ll confirm availability.

If 3D lettering is required, this will be cut from 5 mm acrylic to enhance the look. Standard colour supplied is black, however, other colours are available. Please let us know in the cart notes as with your vinyl choice.
Please add details in the information tab at checkout if you require holes added for hanging. Holes can be added at no extra charge.

If we don't have an item, the chances are, we can probably source it, or make it for you.
As all items are personalised to meet your specification, once an order has been placed, you will have 48 hours to cancel. If cancellation is required after that time, a cancellation fee will be charged and may incur full payment. Returns will not be accepted and all orders are final.
Delivery is charged extra and will be charged according to the item size and weight.

This freestanding, 6ft arched seating plan features built in shelving designed to showcase your table numbers and guest lists with clarity and style. It can also be adapted as a prosecco wall, photo display, favour wall, or shot glass station, giving you a versatile statement piece for any event.
Your purchase includes the handmade arched board, painted in a choice of colours, shelving, vinyl title and personalised wording.
